康复理疗联合活血化瘀中药治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效

Chinese Medicine for Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis in the Treatment of Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction

目的 探讨脑梗死后遗症患者采用康复理疗联合活血化瘀中药治疗的临床效果。方法 方便选取2022年6月—2023年5月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院收治的110例脑梗死后遗症患者作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法作为分组依据,参照组(n=55)施以单纯康复理疗治疗,研究组(n=55)施以康复理疗+活血化瘀中药治疗;对比两组患者治疗总有效率、运动功能评分、生活质量评分以及神经功能缺损评分。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为98.18%,显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.356,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组运动功能评分、生活质量评分均高于参照组,神经功能缺损评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床对脑梗死后遗症患者采用康复理疗联合活血化瘀中药完成治疗后,可明显提升患者的治疗效果,并有效改善患者的肢体功能以及神经功能,促进提升脑梗死后遗症患者的预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy combined with Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with cerebral infarction sequela.Methods A total of 110 patients with cerebral infarction sequelae from Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2022 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.The reference group(n=55) received simple rehabilitation physiotherapy,and the study group(n=55) received rehabilitation physiotherapy plus Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The total effective rate,motor function score,quality of life score and nerve function deficit score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.18%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.356,P<0.05).After treatment,the motor function score and quality of life score of the study group were higher than that of the reference group,and the neurological function deficit score was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After clinical treatment of patients with cerebral infarction sequelae,rehabilitation physical therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients,and effectively improve the limb function and nerve function of patients,and promote the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction sequelae.
