宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)在治疗宫颈病变中的应用效果

Application Effect of Loop Electrosurgical Excision of Cervix(LEEP) in the Treatment of Cervical Lesions

目的 分析宫颈病变行宫颈环形电切术(loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP)治疗的价值。方法 方便选取2021年6月—2022年12月福建省泉州市晋江市妇幼保健院收治的宫颈病变患者65例,以单双数分组,电切组33例行LEEP术,锥切组32例行冷刀锥切术(cold knife conization,CKC),比较两组临床指标、恢复情况、有效率及并发症。结果 电切组各项临床指标均优于锥切组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电切组各项宫颈恢复情况均优于锥切组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电切组宫颈病变治疗有效率为96.97%,高于锥切组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电切组并发症发生率低于锥切组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LEEP有效率高,不会对宫颈机能有较多影响,可减少病变切除造成的各种并发症,能加快宫颈功能的恢复。

Objective To analyze the value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) in the treatment of cervical lesions.Methods Sixty-five patients with cervical lesions in Jinjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Quanzhou City,Fujian Province from June 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected and divided into even-even numbers.33 patients in the electrical resection group underwent LEEP and 32 patients in the conical resection group underwent cold knife conization(CKC).The clinical indexes,recovery,effective rate and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical indexes of the electrical resection group were better than those of the conical resection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery of cervix in the electrical resection group was better than that in the conical resection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment for cervical lesions in the electrotomy group was 96.97%,higher than that in the conical resection group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of electrical resection group were lower than those of conical resection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LEEP has a high efficiency and will not have much impact on cervical function.It can reduce the complications caused by lesion resection and speed up the recovery of cervical function.
