发展性反馈风险管理在急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者中的应用

Application of developmental feedback risk management in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome

目的探讨发展性反馈风险管理在急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1~12月在上海市交通大学附属第一人民医院重症监护室治疗的80例急性呼吸窘迫综合征进行气管插管患者,采用简单随机分组将患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组采用反馈风险管理进行护理干预,均持续干预1个月。在护理干预前后,评估两组病情发展情况,观察两组在护理期间护理风险事件和并发症出现率。结果观察组的风险事件发生率为37.50%,与对照组的62.50%相比显著降低(P<0.05);观察组的急性生理与慢性健康评分系统(APACHE)Ⅱ评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为27.50%,显著低于对照组的57.50%(P<0.05)。结论发展性反馈风险管理可以降低护理风险事件和并发症的发生率,有效缓解患者病情,有利于促进患者预后。

Objective To explore the application effect of developmental feedback risk management in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome treated in the intensive care unit of the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected for endotracheal intubation and divided into observation group and control group by simple randomization,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with feedback risk management.The intervention lasted for 1 month.Before and after nursing intervention,the disease development of the two groups was assessed,and the incidence of nursing risk events and complications during the nursing period were observed.Results The incidence of risk events in observation group was 37.50%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(62.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The acute physiology and chronic health evaluation scoring system(APACHE)Ⅱof observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 27.50%,which was significantly lower than that of control group 57.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Developmental feedback risk management can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and complications,effectively alleviate patients'conditions,and promote the prognosis of patients.
