不同波长激光前列腺分叶剜除术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效

Effect of different wavelength laser enucleation of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的研究不同波长激光前列腺分叶剜除术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2019年5月-2021年2月收治的50例前列腺增生症患者的临床资料,根据不同的治疗方式分组,其中26例患者采用2μm激光治疗分为A组,24例患者采用1470nm激光治疗分为B组。观察两组国际前列腺症状评分情况、最大尿流率比较情况。结果两组患者术前国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率比较情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组随着时间延长IPSS评分逐渐降低,A组术后1个月、术后6个月、术后1年的IPSS评分优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后1个月、术后6个月、术后1年的最大尿流率大于术前,A组的最大尿流率比较情况优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2μm激光可提高临床手术安全性,值得广泛应用。

Objective To study the effect of different wavelength laser enucleation of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from May 2019 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,26 patients were divided into two groups 24 patients were treated with 1470 nm laser and divided into group B.The international prostate symptom score and maximum urinary flow rate of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in IPSS and MRF between the two groups(P>0.05);The IPSS score of group A was better than that of group B at 1 month,6 months and 1 year after operation(P<0.05).The maximum urinary flow rate of the two groups at 1 month,6 months and 1 year after operation was greater than that before operation.The maximum urinary flow rate of group A was better than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 2μm laser can improve the safety of clinical operation,which is worthy of wide application.
