螺内酯在早期糖尿病肾病患者中的疗效分析

Efficacy of spironolactone in early diabetic nephropathy

目的 探究螺内酯在早期糖尿病肾病患者中的疗效分析。方法 自2019年3月至2021年3月抽取76例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照1∶1形式设置对照组和实验组各38例,分别给予螺内酯和螺内酯+前列素钠治疗,比较两组患者血压情况、肾功能各项指标改变临床效果。结果 实施不同治疗方式后,对照组血压情况比实验组高,组间对比差距有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组肾功能指标优过对照组,组间分析数据有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组临床效果比实验组差,数据有差异变化(P<0.05)。结论 对于早期糖尿病肾病患者应用螺内酯联合前列素钠药物治疗,可提升肾功能指标,对血压情况也有明显控制,且预后效果佳,临床疗效显著,可大力推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of spironolactone in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods From March 2019 to March 2021,76 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected as the research objects.The control group and the experimental group were set up in a l:1 format with 38 cases each,and they were treated with spironolactone and spironolactone+prostaglandin sodium respectively.The blood pressure and renal function of the two groups of patients changed the clinical effect.Results After implementing different treatments,the blood pressure of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,and the contrast between the groups was significantly different(P<0.05).The renal function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The analysis data between the groups was obvious(P<0.05).The clinical effect is worse than that of the observation group,and there are dfferences in the data(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with early diabetic nephropathy,the application of spironolactone combined with prostaglandin sodium can improve renal function indexes and control blood pressure.It has a good prognosis and significant clinical effects,which can be promoted vigorously.
