叙事护理联合医护一体化护理对晚期肿瘤癌痛患者疼痛及生活质量的影响

The effect of narrative nursing combined with integrated medical nursing on the pain and quality of life of patients with advanced cancer pain

目的 探究叙事护理联合医护一体化护理对晚期肿瘤癌痛患者疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年05月-2020年05月我院收治的晚期肿瘤癌痛患者82例。采用随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各41例。评估两组患者疼痛情况及生活质量。结果 护理前两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理2个月后观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组,P<0.05;护理前两组患者症状功能得分、项目功能得分差异无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理2个月后对照组患者的症状功能得分及项目功能得分低于观察组,P<0.05。结论 叙事护理联合医护一体化护理可明显缓解晚期肿瘤癌痛患者疼痛,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of narrative nursing combined with integrated medical care on the pain and quality of life of patients with advanced cancer pain.Methods We selected 82 patients with advanced cancer cancer pain admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020.Random lottery was used to divide them into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.To evaluate the pain and quality of life of the two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference in visual analogue score(VAS)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After 2 months of nursing,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the symptom function score and item function of the two groups before nursing There was no significant difference in scores(P>0.05).After 2 months of nursing,the symptom function score and item function scores of the control group were lower than those of the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion Narrative nursing combined with integrated medical and nursing care can significantly relieve the pain of patients with advanced cancer pain and improve the quality of life.
