阶梯式言语康复锻炼护理在帕金森病言语障碍患者护理中的临床效果

Clinical effect of stepped speech rehabilitation exercise nursing in patients with speech disorders in Parkinson's disease

目的 分析阶梯式言语康复锻炼护理在帕金森病言语障碍患者护理中的临床效果。方法 通过随机数字表法将本院在2018年5月-2021年5月收治的116例帕金森言语障碍患者,分为对照组和研究组,各58例,对照组实施常规康复护理干预,研究组实施阶梯式言语康复锻炼护理干预,观察两组患者干预前后生活质量以及失语情况。结果 与常规对照组相比,研究组患者在物质生活、心理功能、躯体功能以及社会功能等综合得分,呈显著升高趋势(P<0.05);研究组患者与对照组相对比,在命名、听语理解、复述以及自发性言语等,提升幅度较为可观,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对帕金森言语障碍患者实施阶梯式言语康复锻炼护理干预,可有效提高患者生活能力水平,缓解化患者失语程度情况,促使患者能够得以快速康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of stepped speech rehabilitation nursing in patients with speech disorders with Parkinson's disease.Methods Through the random number table method to our college in May 2018-May 2021 treated 116 cases of Parkinson's patients with speech disorders,divided into control group and research group,58 cases,control group routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,the team to implement step speech exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention,observe two groups of patients quality of life before and after the intervention and aphasia.Results Compared with the conventional control group,the comprehensive scores of patients in the study group in material life,psychological function,physical function and social function showed a significantly increased trend(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the improvement in naming,listening comprehension,repetition and spontaneous speech was considerable,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of stepped speech rehabilitation exercise and nursing intervention for patients with Parkinson's speech disorders can effectively improve patients'living ability,alleviate the degree of aphasia in patients,and promote patients to recover quickly.
