社会支持联合围术期护理对子宫肌瘤患者术后胃肠功能及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of social support combined with perioperative nursing on gastrointestinal function and sleep quality of patients with hysteromyoma after operation

目的 探讨社会支持联合围手术期护理对子宫肌瘤患者术后胃肠功能以及睡眠质量的影响。方法 选择2020年1月-2022年6月在某医院就诊的患者为研究对象,根据第一次就诊时门诊号的不同分为观察组和对照组,50例奇数为对照组,50例偶数为观察组,对两组患者均应采用社会支持护理,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上采用围手术期护理,比较两组患者术后胃肠功能、两组患者在护理后的睡眠质量和社会支持度评分。结果 观察组的患者通过联合护理后,无论是睡眠质量,睡眠时间,还是睡眠效率等等均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组的患者经过社会支持后,在主观支持、客观支持和社会利用度方面评分均明显高于对照组患者,其社会支持度优于对照度患者(P<0.05);两组患者经过不同的护理方式之后,胃肠功能均有所恢复,观察组患者较对照组患者恢复更快(P<0.05)。结论 良好的社会支持有助于提升患者的心理状态改善,营造一个良好的家庭氛围,通过联合围手术期护理,有助于减轻患者的疼痛感,降低手术对患者的应激,提升患者的睡眠质量,同时也有助于促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,进而提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of social support combined with perioperative nursing on gastrointestinal function and sleep quality of patients with hysteromyoma after operation.Methods From January 2020 to June 2022,the patients in hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the different outpatient number at the first visit.50 patients with odd number were in the control group and 50 patients with even number were in the observation group.The two groups of patients should be given social support nursing.The patients in the observation group were given perioperative nursing on the basis of the patients in the control group Sleep quality and social support score after nursing.Results After combined nursing,the sleep quality,sleep time and sleep efficiency of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);after social support,the scores of subjective support,objective support and social utilization of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the social support of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)After different nursing methods,the gastrointestinal function of the two groups recovered,and the recovery of the observation group was faster than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Good social support is helpful to improve the psychological state of patients and create a good family atmosphere.Combined with perioperative nursing,it is helpful to reduce the pain of patients,reduce the stress of surgery on patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,and also help to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
