手术室风险管理模式联合疼痛管理在子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用价值分析

Application value of operating room risk management mode combined with pain management in endometrial polypectomy

目的 探讨手术室风险管理模式联合疼痛管理在子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用价值。方法 选择2019年2月-2021年2月在我院接受子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗的86例患者为研究对象。将2019年2月-2019年12月采取常规护理干预的39例患者纳入对照组,2020年1月-2021年2月采用手术室风险管理模式联合疼痛管理干预的47例患者纳入研究组。对比两组护理质量(包括无菌技术、专业知识、风险意识、物品安全与管理、护理记录),以评分的方式量化。对比两组患者干预前、干预3天后、出院时VAS评分及下床活动时间、出院时间。结果 观察组无菌技术、专业知识、风险意识、物品安全与管理、护理记录评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预前VAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组患者干预3天后、出院时VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结果显示,观察组患者下床活动时间、住院时间均少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 采用手术室风险管理模式联合疼痛管理对子宫内膜息肉切除术患者进行干预,可有效提升手术室护理质量,改善患者术后疼痛,对促进患者康复有积极影响。

Objective To explore the value of operating room risk management mode combined with pain management in endometrial polypectomy.Methods Eighty-six patients who underwent endometrial polypectomy in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects,39 of which who received routine nursing intervention from February 2019 to December 2019 were included in the control group,and 47 of which who received operating room risk management model combined with pain management intervention from January 2020 to February 2021 were included in the study group.The quality of care(Including aseptic technology,professional knowledge,risk awareness,article safety and management,and nursing records)was compared between the two groups and quantified in a scored manner.The VAS score,time to ambulation and time to discharge were compared between the two groups before intervention,3 days after inter vention.Results The scores of basic nursing,sterility,article management,safety management and nursing records in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference in the VAS score before intervention between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The VAS score at intervention 3 and discharge in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the off-bed activity time and hospital stay in the observation group were less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting operating room risk management mode combined with pain management to intervene patients with endometrial polypectomy can effectively improve the quality of operating room nursing and postoperative pain and have a positive impact on promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
