安全播出保障能力的有效提升,有助于确保电视播出系统运行稳定性达到高安全级别。为此,结合南京广电集团电视播控系统升级改造项目的总体任务,阐述电视安全播出保障能力提升的基础,并从系统安全设计、系统运维管理及播出队伍建设三方面来剖析电视安全播出保障能力,以期为电视安全播出保障能力的提升提供参考。

The effective improvement of the security broadcasting guarantee capability will help ensure the stability of the TV broadcasting system to reach a high security level.Combining with the overall tasks of the TV broadcast control system upgrade project of Nanjing broadcasting system,the article expounds the basis for the improvement of the capability on TV broadcast security guarantee,and analyzes TV broadcast security guarantee from following three aspects:system security design,system operation and maintenance management,and broadcast team building,with the aim to provide guidance on how to improve the capability of guaranteeing TV broadcast security.
