摘要
医院是功能、流线最为复杂的公共建筑,随着新技术、新工艺的广泛应用,传统的医院建设、运行模式正在不断地更新选代,使得设计方、建设方、使用方全过程管理工作面临重大挑战。参建各方需要在更为清晰明确的权责分工架构下,组织与推进项目管控工作,而组建“公司化”分工的项目团队是一种合理有效的解决方案。本研究基于BH医院设计、施工全过程管理实践,以分工视角阐明了项目合作机制,总结了过程管理的重点难点,提出了争端解决的新路径,为医院建设项目标准化、流程化实施提供了新思路。
Hospital is a public building with the most complex function and streamline.With the wide application of new technology and new technology,the traditional hospital construction and operation mode is constantly updated and iterated,which makes the whole process management of the designer,the builder and the user face major challenges.All parties involved in the construction need to organize and promote the project management and control under a clearer structure of rights and liabilities division,and the establishment of a project team with"corporatization"division of labor is a reasonable and effective solution.Based on the whole-process management practice of BH Hospital design and construction,this study clarified the project cooperation mechanism from the perspective of division of labor,summarized the important and difficulties of process management,and put forward a new dispute settlement path,which would provide new ideas and impetus for the standardized implementation of hospital construction projects.
