Reflection on the key points of surgical treatment of perianal fistula in Crohn′s disease

克罗恩病(CD)肛瘘在CD患者中的累积发生率很高,是一种严重影响患者生活质量的疾病。本文论述了近年来CD肛瘘手术及相关治疗领域的研究热点,强调术前多学科讨论获得精准评估、合理选择围手术期药物、确定合适的手术时机和方案都是现阶段提高CD肛瘘疗效的关键因素。在可见的将来,CD肛瘘的治疗仍是医学的难题,更好的治疗效果有待于临床和基础研究的新突破。

Perianal fistula in Crohn′s disease(CD),due to its high cumulative frequency,is a disease that seriously affects the quality of patients′life.We focus on the research hotspots in surgery and related treatment of perianal fistula in CD in recent years,emphasize the key role of multidisciplinary team(MDT)in the preoperative accurate evaluation,rational selection of perioperative drug treatment,as well as selection of appropriate time and plan of surgery to improve the efficacy of perianal fistula in CD at this stage.In the foreseeable future,the treatment of perianal fistula in CD is still a difficult problem,and the better efficacy needs new breakthroughs both in clinical and basic researches.
