摘要
电解铝主要采用可控硅整流机组实施整流,且大多采用二极管,但硅二极管整流机组具有不可控性,为了将恒直流电流值输入电解槽,需要选择有载分接开关和饱和电抗器联合调压的方式。本研究主要探讨智能稳流系统在电解铝整流变电站自动化中的应用,研究结果显示,在电解铝生产中应用PLC稳流控制技术,一方面有助于提高电解系列直流电流的稳定度,另一方面也能节约能源,提升电流效率。智能稳流下的电解铝整流控制系统运行可靠性较高,借助平衡控制,能实现各机组整流柜输出的一致性,大大延长了一次设备的运行寿命,提升了可靠性。
Electrolytic aluminum mainly uses silicon controlled rectifier units for rectification,and most of them use diodes.However,silicon diode rectifier units have uncontrollability.In order to input a constant DC current value into the electrolytic cell,it is necessary to choose a combination of on-load tap changer and saturation reactor for voltage regulation.This study mainly explores the application of intelligent current stabilizing system in the automation of electrolytic aluminum rectifier power plants.The research results show that the application of PLC current stabilizing control technology in electrolytic aluminum production not only helps to improve the stability of DC current in the electrolytic series,but also saves energy and improves current efficiency.The operation reliability of the electrolytic aluminum rectifier control system under intelligent stable current is high.With the help of balance control,consistency in the output of the rectifier cabinets of each unit can be achieved,greatly increasing the operating life of the primary equipment and improving reliability.
