摘要
针对带式输送机在运行过程中存在胶带张力异常、动态应力复杂等问题,易出现胶带的磨损和断裂,本文研究了带式输送机胶带动力学特性,建立了带式输送机胶带动力学特性数学模型,以运量为2 000 t/h,运行速度为4.5 m/s的带式输送机作为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件Workbench搭建对应的输送带物理模型并进行仿真研究。结果表明,输送带和滚筒接触部位的应力最大,最大应力可达到18 MPa,并且最大应力由两边向中间递减,研究规律可为后期优化输送带结构并减小磨损提供一定参考依据。
For the abnormal tape tension during the operation of the belt conveyor,problems such as complex dynamic stress,easy to cause wear and fracture of the tape.This paper studies the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor tape,a mathematical model of belt conveyor tape,with the traffic volume of 2000th,a belt conveyor with a running speed of 4.5 m/s,as the study object,the finite element analysis software Workbench was used to construct the corresponding conveyor belt physical model and conduct the simulation study.The results show that the stress of the conveyor belt and the roller contact site is the maximum,and the maximum stress can reach 18 MPa,and the maximum stress decreases from both sides to the middle,the research rules can provide a reference for optimizing the conveyor belt structure and reducing the wear in the later stage.
