党的十八大以来,习近平总书记开创性地提出了关于共同富裕的一系列新理念、新思想、新战略,首次从执政党建设规律的高度以及社会主义现代化建设规律的视角阐述了我国共同富裕的历史必然性;首次阐述我国到了扎实推动共同富裕的历史阶段,同时又强调共同富裕是一个长远目标的阶段性特点;首次阐述共同富裕具有物质性和精神性相统一、普遍性和差异性相统一的鲜明特征;首次明确了扎实推进共同富裕的时间表和路线图;首次提出全人类共同富裕的目标和路径。这些原创性论述发展了马克思主义共同富裕理论,丰富了马克思主义共同富裕的内涵,开创了马克思主义共同富裕的实践新境界,为实现全人类共同富裕提供了中国智慧和中国方案,实现了马克思主义共同富裕思想中国化的新飞跃。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas,new thoughts and new strategies about common prosperity.It is the first time to elaborate the historical inevitability of common prosperity in China from the height of the ruling party construction law and the perspective of socialist modernization construction law.It states for the first time that China“has reached the historical stage of solid promotion of common prosperity”,and at the same time stresses that common prosperity is“a long-term goal”.It is the first time that common prosperity is characterized by the unity of materiality and spirit and the unity of universality and difference.For the first time,the timetable and road map for steadily advancing common prosperity were set out.The goal and path of common prosperity for all mankind was put forward for the first time.These original expositions help develop the Marxist theory of common prosperity,enrich its connotation of Marxist common prosperity,blaze new paths to the practice of Marxist common prosperity,contribute China’s wisdom and scheme for the achievement of common prosperity for humanity and make a new leap of adapting Marxist common prosperity thought to China’s particular conditions.
