境外非政府组织对粤港澳大湾区政治安全影响分析

Study on the Influence of Overseas NGOs on the Political Security of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area

政治安全是国家安全的根本。近年来,境外非政府组织在粤港澳大湾区开展公益慈善类活动,客观上帮助了社会服务、科技教育、生态环保、投资贸易等多个领域的发展,解决了一些实际的社会问题。但同时,部分境外非政府组织假借公益慈善之名,从事危害国家政治安全的活动,给粤港澳大湾区社会秩序和意识形态安全造成了严峻的威胁和挑战。有鉴于此,必须做好对境外非政府组织的监管工作,通过完善准入机制、搭建协调机制、丰富基础数据、完善法律法规等措施,进一步防范和化解境外非政府组织对粤港澳大湾区政治安全的消极影响。

Political Security is the foundation of national security.In recent years,overseas NGOs have launched charitable activities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay area,objectively helping the development of social services,scientific and technological education,ecological and environmental protection,investment and trade among others,and solving some practical social problems.At the same time,in the name of public welfare and charity,some overseas NGOs are engaged in activities that endanger political security,posing a severe threat and challenge to the social order and ideological security in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay area.In view of this,we need to further improve access mechanisms,set up coordination mechanisms,enrich basic data,improve laws and regulations in an effort to further prevent and defuse the negative influence of overseas NGOs on political security in this area.
