高职院校与属地协同党建工作模式研究——基于义乌工商职业技术学院的实证研究

在深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神与奋进“两个先行”新征程中,在职业教育改革背景下,深入推进校地党建融合,是类型教育下增强高职院校适应性的必由之路。作为全省党建“四个融合”行动试点校,义乌工商职业技术学院秉承习近平总书记对义乌发展的指示精神,立足《共产党宣言》中文版首译地的政治优势,与义乌市委合作建立党建共同体,积极构建“双主体五集群多联盟”工作模式,走出了一条“资源更加融通、利益更加协调、运行更加高效”的协同发展之路。

It is obvious that during the process of in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,it is necessary to promote the integration of college-local party organization in order to enhance the adaptability of vocational colleges.Based on the political advantage of original translation of Communist Manifesto,the college has combined with local community Party organization to build a community.The aim is to create a model of Dual entity,five clusters,and multiple alliances.Finally,it is essential to enter into a path of coordinated development featuring integrated resources,coordinated interests and efficient operation.
