摘要 WOES智能优化节能系统依托各类水泥厂信息化系统,构建水泥行业用能可视化平台,实现水泥行业用能精细化管理,提升各分厂能效水平,降低各分厂能源消耗。结合山西某水泥公司智能优化节能系统的建设和运维,重点探讨智能优化节能系统在能耗统计、电能质量、能效分析、空运转分析和对比分析等方面的应用研究,并对平台建设带来的节能进行了分析。 The WOES intelligent optimization energy-saving system relies on various cement plant information systems to build a visualization platform for energy consumption in the cement industry,achieving refined management of energy consumption in the cement industry,improving the energy efficiency level of each branch,and reducing energy consumption in each branch.Based on the construction and operation maintenance of an intelligent optimization energy-saving system for a cement company in Shanxi,this paperfocuses on exploring the application research of the intelligent optimization energy-saving system in energy consumption statistics,power quality,energy efficiency analysis,air freight analysis,and comparative analysis.The energy-saving brought about by the platform construction is also analyzed.
