摘要
碳滑板作为受电弓与供电设备之间的重要接触材料,在动车运行过程中承受巨大的电流和摩擦力,磨耗严重时会影响受电弓的电气连接和运行安全。为了准确和及时检测受电弓碳滑板的磨耗程度,本文设计了一种基于激光测绘点阵的受电弓碳滑板检测系统,用于实时监测受电弓与碳滑板之间的接触情况。该系统通过激光测距仪获取点云数据,利用数据处理算法提取出受电弓与碳滑板的表面形态信息,实现对受电弓碳滑板接触状态的精准检测。
As an important contact material between pantograph and power supply equipment,carbon slide plate bears huge current and friction during the running of motor car,which will affect the electrical connection and running safety of pantograph when it is seriously worn.In order to accurately and timely detect the wear degree of carbon slide plate of pantograph,this paper designs a detection system of carbon slide plate of pantograph based on laser mapping lattice,which is used to monitor the contact between pantograph and carbon slide plate in real time.The system obtains the point cloud data through the laser range finder,and extracts the surface morphology information of the pantograph and the carbon slide plate by using the data processing algorithm,so as to realize the accurate detection of the contact state of the pantograph carbon slide plate.
