荒漠草原不同季节土壤-牧草-放牧羊血清中矿物质含量变化规律

Variation of mineral content in soil-forage-serum of grazing sheep in different seasons of desert grassland

摘要 试验旨在探究荒漠草原土壤-牧草-放牧羊血清中矿物质含量在不同季节的变化规律。试验选取6只平均体重为(39.65±2.25)kg的成年放牧羊,分别在6月(嫩草期)、9月(生长期)、11月(枯草期)采集土壤、牧草、动物血清样本,测定5种常量元素钙(Ca)、钾(K)、镁(Mg)、钠(Na)和磷(P)及7种微量元素铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)和钴(Co)的含量及不同季节的动态变化。结果显示,该地区放牧绵羊处于缺Na、Mg、Zn及季节性缺P(枯草期),Fe和Mn过量导致临界缺Cu、Co、Se的营养状态。研究表明,P、Na、Zn、Se元素为第一限制性因素,Cu、Co、Mg元素为第二限制性因素,放牧羊补饲时应优先考虑补饲上述限制性因素。 The experiment was to investigate variation of mineral content in soil-forage-serum of grazing sheep in different seasons of desert grassland.Six adult grazing sheep with an average weight of(39.65±2.25)kg were selected for experiment.Soil,forage and animal serum samples were collected in June(tender grass period),September(growth period)and November(dry grass period),respectively.The content of five major elements Ca,K,Mg,Na and P and seven trace elements Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,Se,Mo and Co were determined and their dynamic changes in different seasons.The results showed that grazing sheep in the area were in a critical nutritional state of Cu,Co and Se deficiency at the same time when they were deficient in Na,Mg,Zn,seasonal P deficiency(dry season),and excessive Fe and Mn.The experiment indicates that P,Na,Zn,Se are the first limiting factor,and Cu,Co,Mg are the second limiting factor.When grazing sheep are supplemented,priority should be given to the above limiting factors.
