凹凸棒石对杂交鲟抗氧化能力、非特异性免疫及消化酶的影响

Effects of Attapulgite on Antioxidant Capacity,Nonspecific Immunity and Digestive Enzymes of Hybrid Sturgeon

摘要 为研究凹凸棒石对杂交鲟抗氧化能力、非特异性免疫能力及消化酶活性的影响,使用添加凹凸棒石的饲料连续投喂杂交鲟28 d,检测血液和组织等样本的相应指标。结果表明:杂交鲟肝脏内丙二醛(MDA)含量在试验第28天时达到最低,且显著低于0 d(P<0.05)。试验第0天杂交鲟肝脏内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著高于14 d和28 d(P<0.05)。杂交鲟肝脏内碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性在试验第14天和28天时显著高于0 d(P<0.05)。淀粉酶活性在试验第14天和28天时显著高于0 d(P<0.05)。杂交鲟血液中谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性在试验第14天时达到最低,且显著低于0 d和28 d(P<0.05)。在饲料中添加凹凸棒石对杂交鲟非特异性免疫功能、肝功能和消化酶活性具有促进作用,但添加时间过长会损伤杂交鲟肝脏,同时对于杂交鲟的抗氧化能力具有一定的抑制作用。 To study the effects of palygorskite on the antioxidant capacity,non-specific immune ability,and digestive enzyme activity of hybrid sturgeon,the hybrid sturgeon was continuously fed with a feed containing palygorskite for 28 days,and the corresponding indicators of blood and tissue samples were tested.The results showed that the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the liver of hybrid sturgeon reached its lowest level on the 28th day of the experiment,and was significantly lower than 0 day(P<0.05).The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the liver of hybrid sturgeon on day 0 were significantly higher than those on days 14 and 28(P<0.05).The activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in the liver of hybrid sturgeon was significantly higher than that of 0 day on the 14th and 28th days of the experiment(P<0.05).The activity of amylase was significantly higher than that of 0 on the 14th and 28th days of the experiment(P<0.05).The activities of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT)and glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT)in the blood of hybrid sturgeon reached the lowest level on the 14th day of the test,and were significantly lower than those on the 0 and 28 days(P<0.05).Adding palygorskite to the feed has a promoting effect on the non-specific immune function,liver function,and digestive enzyme activity of hybrid sturgeon,but adding it for too long can damage the liver of hybrid sturgeon,and at the same time,it has a certain inhibitory effect on the antioxidant capacity of hybrid sturgeon.
