Theoretical Perspective on Promoting High Quality Development in Pilot Demonstration Area for Reform

改革开放40多年来,深圳的快速发展是中国特色社会主义市场经济的巨大成功。随着中国经济进入高质量发展阶段,深圳特区从改革“试验田”向“先行示范区”的转变开启了中国式现代化道路探索的新征程。文章系统论述了深圳作为中国特色社会主义先行示范区和经济特区的先行先试典范作用,深入研究了深圳推动高质量发展的战略定位、时间节点和实践探索。在此基础上,探讨新阶段深圳作为改革“先行示范区”在高质量发展目标下如何推进制度变革、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提出新的思考和展望。

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,the rapid development of Shenzhen is a huge success for the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.As China’s economy enters into a stage of high-quality development,the transformation of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone from a reform“experimental field”to a“pilot demonstration zone”has opened a new journey of exploring Chinese path to modernization,and systematically discusses the role of Shenzhen as a pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a pioneering model of special economic zone,and conduct in-depth research on the strategic direction,timeline and practical exploration of Shenzhen’s promotion of high-quality development.On this basis,new thoughts and prospects are made on how Shenzhen,as a“pilot demonstration zone”for reform,can deepen institutional reform and promote modernization of national governance system and capabilities under the goal of high-quality development in the new stage.
