摘要
目的探讨气泡动力法取出有晶状体眼内残留硅油小滴的方法。方法回顾性病例研究。报告20例(21只眼)采用气泡动力法气液交换术取出有晶状体眼内残留硅油小滴。结果所有的病例顺利取出硅油,术后检查未见术眼硅油残留,没有发生气液交换引起的术中晶状体损伤、低眼压及暴发性脉络膜上腔出血的等并发症。结论三通道23G切口联合气泡动力法取出有晶状体眼内残留硅油小滴的方法,操作简单、安全,未见相关手术并发症。
Objective To investigate the method of removing residual silicone oil droplets from crystalline eyes by bubble dynamic method.Methods This retrospective case series enrolled 21 eyes of 20 patients(including 11 males and 9 females)with residual silicone oil in eyes who were removed by gas-liquid exchange with bubble dynamic method at our hospital from 2018 to 2019.Results Silicone oil was removed successfully in all cases,no residual silicone oil was found in the intraoperative eye during postoperative examination,and no intraoperative crystal damage,low intraocular pressure and explosive suprachoroidal hemorrhage caused by gas-liquid exchange occurred.Conclusions The three-way 23G incision combined with bubble dynamic method is a simple and safe method to remove residual silicone oil droplets from the eyes with crystals,and no related surgical complications were observed.
