Fujian is the important womb and practice place of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and practical basis of anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics.While working in Fujian,Xi Jinping’s statement on poverty elimination based on the poverty alleviation practice of seventeen and a half years went through four stages of the evolution.And the characteristics and law of China’s national conditions and the development of economy and society at that time were revealed by the development process of exploration,germ and tested in practice,which deeply reflected the development of adapting Marxist anti-poverty theory to the Chinese context and the needs of our times.The seven persistence of anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics continues in congruence with Xi Jinping’s statements on poverty elimination in Fujian and there are strict logical mechanism between them.The latter is the paradigm of adapting Marxist anti-poverty theory to the Chinese context and the needs of our times and the important exploration the Chinese path to modernization.It has huge value of the times both in new chapter of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization and in socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.
