摘要
用“创业支持导向”取代“创业教育导向”是高校创业工作导向的最新发展趋势,“能量范式”理论模型的创立为高校大学生创业生态系统的创业支持优化找到了新的路径。采用“能量输入”方法,从非课程因素出发,对基于“能量范式”理论模型的大学生创业生态系统的组织结构、“能量流动”等核心概念进行了界定,分析了系统内“能量流动”与生命周期、创业支持生态体系建设等关键问题的关系,并以福建高职院校为例,从系统外部“能量输入”和系统内部促进“能量流转”两个角度分析了大学生创业生态系统的优化路径。
The latest trend in the orientation of university entrepreneurship work is to replace“entrepreneurship education orientation”with“entrepreneurship support orientation”.The establishment of the“energy paradigm”theoretical model has found a new path for optimizing entrepreneurship support in the university student entrepreneurship ecosystem.By adopting the“energy input”method,starting from non-curricular factors,the organizational structure and core concepts such as“energy flow”of the university student entrepreneurship ecosystem based on the“energy paradigm”theoretical model have been defined.The relationship between energy flow within the system and key issues such as lifecycle and entrepreneurship support ecosystem construction has been analyzed.Taking vocational colleges in Fujian as an example,the optimization of the student entrepreneurship ecosystem has been analyzed from two perspectives:external energy input and internal promotion of energy circulation within the system.
