摘要
为明确不同藜麦苗菜的适宜采收期,采用三因素裂区试验设计,主区为大棚种植、大田种植两种模式,副区为忻藜1号、忻藜6号,JLSP三个品系,裂区为22 d、30 d、38 d、46 d四个采收期,比较两种种植模式下不同采收期藜麦苗菜生物量及营养品质,结果显示,随着采收期延迟,藜麦苗菜株高、鲜质量、纤维束含量呈上升趋势,蛋白质含量、脂肪含量呈下降趋势,维生素C含量先升高后降低,可溶性糖含量先降低升高;大棚藜麦苗菜株高、鲜质量、维生素C含量高于大田种植,蛋白质、纤维素、脂肪、可溶性糖含量低于大田种植,忻藜1号营养品质优,忻藜6号鲜质量高,因此,本地区大棚藜麦苗菜采收期为30~38 d,大田藜麦苗菜采收期为30 d。
In this study,a three-factor split-plot experiment was conducted to determine the optimal harvesting period for different quinoa sprouts.The main plot included greenhouse planting and field planting,while the subplots consisted of three quinoa varieties,namely Xinli 1,Xinli 6,and JLSP.Four harvesting periods of 22 days,30 days,38 days and 46 days were divided.This study aimed to compare the biomass and nutritional quality of quinoa sprouts at different harvest periods under the two planting modes.Throughout the experimentation,plant height,fresh weight and fiber bundle content exhibited an upward trend,whereas protein content and fat content displayed a downward trend.The vitamin C content first increased and then decreased,while the soluble sugar content first decreased and then increased;The content was higher than that of field cultivation,and the content of protein,cellulose,fat,and soluble sugar was lower than that of field cultivation.Xinli No.1 had excellent nutritional quality,whereas Xinli No.6 had a high fresh weight.Therefore,the harvest period of quinoa sprouts in greenhouses in this area is 30~38 days,and the harvesting period of field quinoa sprouts is 30 days.
