多级可拓模型在建设项目质量管理评价中的应用

Application of Multi-level Extensible Model in Quality Management Evaluation of Construction Projects

针对设计-采购-施工总承包模式下军事设施建设项目的质量管理评价研究,提出运用多级可拓模型评价方法对设计-采购-施工总承包单位质量管理能力进行评价,建立总承包单位质量管理能力评价体系模型,从而厘清工程策划、建设、收尾3个阶段设计-采购-施工总承包单位对工程质量管理的工作思路,得到建设单位对设计-采购-施工总承包单位质量管理能力评价;将主观权重序关系分析法、客观权重改进熵权法与综合博弈论方法相结合,对影响设计-采购-施工总承包单位质量管理的影响因素进行组合赋权,采用所提出的评价方法得到定量评价结果。结果表明,所提出的评价方法可以准确地反映设计-采购-施工总承包单位质量管理能力,实例验证了所建立的体系模型在质量管理评价方面的科学性和可行性。

Based on quality management evaluation researches of military facility construction projects under the general contract mode of engineering-procurement-construction,an evaluation method to evaluate quality management ability of engineering-procurement-construction engineering general contract units was proposed by using multi-level extensible model.A quality management ability evaluation system model of general contract units was established to clarify working ideas of engineering-procurement-construction general contract units on project quality management in three stages of project planning,construction,and project ending.The evaluation of construction units on quality management ability of engineering-procurement-construction general contracting units was obtained.Subjective weight order relationship analysis me thod,objective weight improved entropy weight method,and comprehensive game theory method were combined to w eight factors affecting the quality management of engineering-procurement-construction general contract units.Quantitative evaluation results were obtained by using the proposed evaluation method.The results show that the proposed evaluation method can accurately reflect the quality managemen t ability of engineering-procurement-construction general contract units,and the examples verify the scientificity and feasibility of the established system model in quality management evaluation.
