妇康一号方治疗气虚血瘀型盆腔炎症性疾病临床观察

Efficacy observation of Fukang No.1 formula on pelvic inflammatory disease with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis

目的:观察妇康一号方治疗气虚血瘀型盆腔炎症性疾病的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的62例气虚血瘀型盆腔炎症性疾病患者,随机分为两组各31例。对照组予左氧氟沙星片、甲硝唑片口服抗感染治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上予妇康一号方口服,两组均治疗4周。观察比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、盆腔积液深度、炎性因子等变化情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.77%和74.19%,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分、盆腔积液深度及炎症因子水平较治疗前改善(P﹤0.01),且改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生药物不良反应。结论:妇康一号方治疗气虚血瘀型盆腔炎症性疾病临床疗效确切,安全性较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fukang No.1 formula on pelvic inflammatory disease with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:62 cases of eligible patients with pelvic inflammatory disease with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral levofloxacin tablets and metronidazole tablets for anti-infection,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Fukang No.1 formula on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,pelvic effusion depth,inflammatory factors,etc.were observed and compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 96.77%and 74.19%respectively,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,pelvic effusion depth and inflammatory factor level were improved compared with before treatment(P﹤0.01),and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Neither group experienced adverse drug reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Fukang No.1 formula on pelvic inflammatory diseases with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis is definite,and with gut safety.
