东北问题宣传战:抗战后国共关系转向的集中体现

The Propaganda War on the Northeast Issue:The Concentrated Embodiment of the Transformation of Relations between the KMT and the CPC after the Anti-Japanese War

东北因其重要的战略位置而成为抗战后国共之争的焦点所在,因此,国共在东北问题上展开了激烈的宣传战。这场宣传战分为两阶段:第一阶段以“如何认识东北问题”为中心展开,国民党强硬派挑起宣传战,通过反苏反共宣传打击中国共产党,中国共产党既以宣传缓解反苏舆论的损害,又正面反击反共宣传;第二阶段以“如何解决东北问题”为中心展开,中国共产党为和平解决东北问题主动发起攻势,先以东北抗联宣示其接收东北的合法性,后又呼吁东北立即无条件停战。国民党虽借指责中国共产党阻挠东北接收来推卸军事冲突的责任,但其独占东北而不惜内战的意图也逐步暴露。最终,国共双方的政治主张、利益诉求及其矛盾冲突经宣传战鲜明地呈现出来,而这场宣传战也成为抗战后国共关系转向的集中体现。

Northeast China became the focus of contention between the KMT and the CPC after the Anti-Japanese War because of its strategic location,and the intricate competition between the KMT and the CPC stirred up by the Soviet Union and the United States led to fierce propaganda war.The propaganda war can be divided into two stages:The first stage centered on“how to understand the Northeast Issue”.The hardliners of the KMT provoked the propaganda war and attacked the CPC by means of anti-Soviet and anti-Communist propaganda,while the CPC not only eased the damage of anti-Soviet public opinion with propaganda,but also directly countered the anti-Communist propaganda.The second stage centered on“how to solve the Northeast issue”.In order to solve the Northeast issue peacefully,the CPC took the initiative to launch an offensive,first declaring the legitimacy of its takeover of the Northeast through the Northeast Resistance League,and then calling for an immediate and unconditional truce in the Northeast.Although the KMT shirked the responsibility for the military conflict by accusing the CPC of obstructing the takeover of the Northeast,its intention to monopolize the Northeast at the cost of civil war was gradually exposed.In the end,the political propositions,interest demands and conflicts of both sides were clearly presented through the propaganda war,which also became the concentrated embodiment of the transformation of the relations between the KMT and the CPC after the Anti-Japanese War.
