摘要
为了解决隧道掘进超挖和超耗严重的问题,杭温铁路3标项目隧道施工创新采用了聚能水压爆破技术。实施过程中,根据聚能水压爆破技术原理,对炮孔布置及钻孔、炮孔装药及起爆连线等关键步骤进行了技术研究和创新,通过现场应用实践,取得了显著的效果,对类似工程具有一定的参考价值。
In order to achieve the efficiency of the tunnel construction of the third standard project of Hangzhou-Wenzhou railway,and solve the serious problems of over-excavation and over-consumption in tunnel tunneling,the shaped charge water pressure blasting technology is adopted.In the process of implementation,according to the principle of shaped charge water pressure blasting technology,the key steps of hole layout,hole drilling,hole charging and initiation line are studied and optimized.Through the field application records,remarkable results are obtained,which has a certain reference value for similar projects.
