熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法测定混匀料及烟气板结物中氯的含量

摘要 建立了熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法,用来测定混匀料及烟气板结物中氯元素的含量。通过烧结矿和基准氯化钠配制标准样品建立了氯的荧光强度和浓度的校准曲线,测定了混匀料及烟气板结物中氯元素的含量。结果显示,该方法消除了基体效应和矿物效应,准确度良好,氯的质量分数在0.80%~10.0%范围内与计数率成良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%(n=6),对烧结矿生产配料及控制烧结烟气净化工序烟气板结物形成具有指导意义。 A method for the determination of chlorine in mixed materials and flue gas hardening by melting sample preparation X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy was established.The standard curve of fluorescence intensity and concentra-tion of chlorine was established by using self-made standard samples of iron ore and reference sodium chloride as calibra-tion standard samples,and the content of chlorine element in the mixed materials and flue gas hardening was determined.The results show that this method eliminates the matrix effect and mineral effect,and has good accuracy,the mass fraction of chlorine has a good linear relationship with the counting rate in the range of 0.80%~10.0%,the correlation coefficient is 0.9995,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results is less than 2%(n=6),which has a guiding significance for the production of sintering production and control of hardening formation of sintering flue gas purification process.
