摘要
通过对烧结系统漏风率检测方法的改进,为准确判断漏风率分布及采取有效漏风治理措施提供了科学指导。经生产实践检验,采用科学烧结机漏风检测方法,确立烧结综合漏风管控措施,可有效降低烧结机漏风率,能够提高产线效率,实现烧结机产量的提升。
Through the improvement of the air leakage rate detection method of sintering system,it provides scientific guidance for accurately judging the distribution of air leakage rate and taking effective air leakage control measures.After the production practice test,by using the scientific sintering machine air leakage detection method and establishing the comprehensive air leakage control measures of sintering,the air leakage rate of sintering machine can be effectively reduced,the efficiency of the production line can be improved,and the increase of sintering machine output is achieved.
