摘要
通过优化密相半干法脱硫与活性炭脱硫脱硝串联运行操作参数,解决了净化塔床层阻力升高、净化塔测温热电偶故障、脱硝效率降低、活性炭超温等问题。同时,应用源头减排和低氮燃烧技术,实现了球团焙烧烟气多级协同高效治理。
By optimizing the operating parameters of dense phase semi dry desulfurization and activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification in series,problems such as increased bed resistance in the purification tower,failure of temperature measuring thermocouples in the purification tower,reduced denitrification efficiency,and overtemperature of activated carbon are solved.Simultaneously multi-level collaborative and efficient treatment of pellet roasting flue gas is achieved by applying source reduction and low nitrogen combustion technology.
