大流量氧枪喷头工艺参数优化在转炉高效化生产中的实践

针对公司铁钢平衡系统现状,转炉高效化生产是必经之路。在一炉钢的冶炼过程中,供氧时间约占单炉周期的50%,在现有氧枪附属设备的工况下,通过对氧枪喷头参数的优化调整,制定了完善的氧枪操作制度,缩短了供氧时间,提高了转炉生产效率,满足了转炉高效化生产。

In view of the current situation of iron and steel balance system in the company,high efficiency production of converter is the only way.In the smelting process of a single furnace,the oxygen supply time accounts for about 50%of the cycle of a single furnace,under the condition of the existing oxygen lance auxiliary equipment,through the optimization and adjustment of the oxygen lance nozzle parameters,formulated a perfect oxygen lance operation system,shortened the oxygen supply time,improved the production efficiency of converter,better meet the efficiency of converter production.
