设备二维码管理系统的研究及应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF EQUIPMENT QR CODE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

依托现有设备管理信息化系统平台,开发了一套设备二维码管理系统,为基层员工和管理者提供快速、便捷的查询手段,实时查询设备的点检执行情况、现存隐患情况、机旁库库存等基本信息,使基层员工和管理者随时掌握设备的基本状态和机旁库存信息,以便于指导生产和设备维护工作,通过一段时间的运行,取得了良好的经济效益,对同行业设备管理具有一定的借鉴意义。

Relying on the existing equipment management information system platform,a set of equipment QR code management system is developed to provide grassroots employees and managers with fast and convenient means of query,real-time query of basic information such as equipment spot check execution,existing hidden dangers,and inventory in the machine side warehouse,so that grassroots employees and managers can always grasp the basic status of equipment and inventory information on the machine side,so as to guide production and equipment maintenance work,after a period of op-eration,good management benefits have been achieved,which has certain reference significance for equipment management in the same industry.
