摘要
视频监控系统在森林防火视频监控系统、火灾预警系统的应用发展迅速,能实现对森林的全天候实时监控,遏制重特大森林火灾发生。京西林场已建视频监控点13个,防火监控覆盖率76.79%。本文通过ArcGIS技术和林场DEM模型,对拟新建防火监控点合理布局进行分析,提出拟新建8个防火视频监控点,与原有监测点拟合后总可视域22905.18 hm^(2),林场范围辖区区域内总可视面积增加至8508.34 hm^(2),监测覆盖率可达90.81%。
The application of video surveillance systems in forest fire prevention video surveillance systems and fire warning systems has developed rapidly,enabling real-time monitoring of forests around the clock and curbing the occurrence of major forest fires.13 video monitoring points have been built in Jingxi Forest Farm,and the fire monitoring coverage rate is 76.79%.Based on ArcGIS technology and forest farm DEM model,the reasonable layout of the proposed new fire prevention monitoring pointswas analyzed,and that eight new fire prevention video monitoring points will be builtwas proposed.After fitting with the original monitoring points,the total visual area will be 22905.18 hm^(2).The total visual area within the forest farm area will increase to 8508.34 hm^(2),and the monitoring coverage rate will reach 90.81%.
