摘要
主要从结构用胶合板的木单板等级分等、胶合性能、组坯结构、F-Grade等级划分与计算等方面,概述了澳大利亚与新西兰结构用胶合板标准AS/NZS 2269.0-2015 Plywood-Structural Part 0:Specifications的要求,试制了国产桉木结构用胶合板样品,并按照标准要求进行型式检测。检测结果表明:国产桉木单板生产结构用胶合板产品性能可满足标准AS/NZS 2269.0-2015中规定的F11级限值要求。
This paper was designated for specifying standard requirements of AS/NZS2269.0-2015 on account of veneer quality,bond quality,lay-up construction,characteristic strength and stiffness values for the nominated F-grades etc..Furthermore,the domestic eucalyptus wood veneer was utilized for manufacturing the structural plywood samples which were subjected to type test stated in AS/NZS2269.0-2015.The test results showed that all evaluation indices meet the requirements of F11 grade prescribed in AS/NZS 2269.0-2015.
