海外学者视域下的新时代中国特色社会主义理论和实践研究

A summary of overseas academic research on the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era

党的十八大以来,海外学者对新时代中国特色社会主义理论和实践进行了研究。研究的着力点主要聚焦“一带一路”倡议、中国特色社会主义民主政治、中国在全球治理中的角色及其影响、新时代中国共产党的意识形态工作、共同富裕等问题。海外学者的相关研究成果总体上带有非系统性、政策性和意识形态性等特点。带给我们的启示是要在不断壮大国家综合国力的基础上,通过正面宣传,有组织、有策略地积极引导国际舆论走向和话语风向转变,增强文化软实力;着力推进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的海外传播和国际认同;广泛开展中外学术对话,积极引导国际学术界关注新时代中国特色社会主义的重点领域。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,overseas scholars have studied the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The research focuses on the“Belt and Road”initiative,socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics,China’s role and influence in global governance,the ideological work of the Communist Party of China in the new era,common prosperity and other issues.The relevant research results of overseas scholars are generally non-systematic,policy oriented and ideological.The enlightenment to us is that,on the basis of continuously expanding the comprehensive national strength,China should actively guide the trend of international public opinions and the changeof discourse in an organized and strategic way through positive propaganda so as to enhance cultural soft power.Overseas dissemination and international recognition of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era will be promoted.This paper also proposes to carry out extensive academic dialogues between China and foreign countries and actively guide the international academic community to pay attention to the key areas of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
