美国公共图书馆健康信息服务实践调研及启示

The Practice and Enlightenment of the Health Information Dissemination Service of the American Public Library

提高全面健康素养是“健康中国”战略的重要组成部分,公共图书馆开展健康信息传播服务是响应国家宏观战略的基本主张与发展导向。目前我国公共图书馆健康信息服务在供给与需求层面存在较大缺口。文章通过文献分析法与网络调查法,选取美国12所公共图书馆,对其健康信息服务进行调研。研究表明,美国公共图书馆基本形成广泛的公共健康素养传播体系,服务内容多元化且策略丰富,为我国图书馆领域开展高质量健康信息服务提供有益启示。

Improving overall health literacy is an important part of Chinas“Healthy China”strategy,and the health information dissemination service carried out by public libraries is the basic proposition and development orientation of national macro strategies such as response.At present,there is a single source of information and a limited scope of services in the field of providing health information services in China's public libraries,and there is still a large gap in health information services at the supply and demand levels.In this paper,12 public libraries in the United States are selected through literature analysis and network survey methods and their health information dissemination services are investigated.Studies have shown that the United States public libraries have basically formed a wide range of public health literacy communication system,service content diversification and rich strategies,and it is recommended that domestic public libraries start with China's relevant national strategies as the entry point,actively use digital technology,introduce professional talents,strengthen social force cooperation and other ways to provide useful enlightenment for China's library field to provide high-quality health information services.
