摘要
维生素,一个大家耳熟能详的名字,作为六大营养素之一与身体代谢息息相关。虽然人体每天仅仅需要摄入微量的维生素,但作为辅酶或辅基,它却参与人体众多的生理活动,如葡萄糖的代谢、脂肪酸的合成、遗传物质的构建等,对维持人体正常的生命功能至关重要。以维生素的分子结构和化学性质为基础,全面阐述人体所必需的维生素作用本质。
Vitamin,a well-known name,is closely related to body metabolism as one of the six major nutrients.Although the human body only needs to consume trace amounts of vitamins every day,as a coenzyme or cofactor,it is involved in many physiological activities of the human body,such as glucose metabolism,fatty acid synthesis,and genetic material construction,etc.,which is essential for maintaining the normal life function of the human body.Based on the molecular structure and chemical properties of vitamins,this paper comprehensively expounds the essence of vitamins necessary for human body.
