摘要
通过介绍田湾核电站3#、4#发电机轴电压轴电流监测系统的组成和工作原理,论述了轴电压轴电流监测系统对发电机安全稳定运行的意义。针对3#发电机组轴电压轴电流监测系统显示异常,轴电压轴电流监测装置抗干扰能力较差等问题,提出了具体的改进和优化措施,并在大修期间进行实施,验证效果良好。通过对上述问题的分析与处理,有效地保障了3#、4#发电机的安全稳定运行,对发电机轴电压轴电流监测系统的设计与维修具有理论和实践指导意义。
This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the shaft current monitoring system for No.3 and No.4 generators in Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant,and discusses the significance of the shaft current monitoring system for the safe and stable operation of generators.Specific improvement and optimization measures have been proposed to address the issues of abnormal display in the shaft voltage and current monitoring system of generator unit 3,as well as poor anti-interference ability of the shaft voltage and current monitoring device.These measures have been implemented during major repairs and have been verified to be effective.Through the analysis and handling of the above issues,the safe and stable operation of Generators 3 and 4 has been effectively ensured,which has theoretical and practical guiding significance for the design and maintenance of the generator shaft electric pressure shaft current monitoring system.
