摘要
海上某油田生产工艺水系统存在严重的结垢倾向,对其中Ⅰ和Ⅱ两个平台进行结垢研究评价,经过软件预测得知两个平台主要结垢产物为CaCO_(3),进行静态结垢试验防垢剂浓度筛选并经过动态结垢试验确认,得到分析情况如下:目标平台的空白结垢情况较为严重,现场13×10^(-6)防垢剂加药浓度防垢效果欠佳,将浓度提高到15×10^(-6)后可以将防垢效果提高到85%以上,具有一定流速与压力的动态结垢试验比静态试验中防垢效果好。
There is a serious scaling tendency in the production water system of an offshore oil field.A scaling study is conducted on the platformⅠandⅡ,and it is revealed by software that the main scaling product of the two platforms is calcium carbonate.Static scaling tests are conducted to screen the concentration of anti-scaling agents,and dynamic scaling tests are conducted to confirm the analysis.The following results are obtained:The blank scaling condition of the target platform is relatively serious,and the on-site 13 ppm concentration of anti-scaling agent has a little anti-scaling effect.The concentration of anti-scaling agent with 15 ppm can increase the anti-scaling effect up to 85%and more.The dynamic scaling test with a certain flow rate and pressure has better anti-scaling effect as compared to the static test.
