TA15钛合金化学镀镍问题分析与改进方法研究

摘要 航空发动机领域钛合金部件使用较多的化学镀Ni处理工艺,但目前工厂中依然存在质量不太稳定。化学镀Ni槽使用一段时间后,产品表面会存在不同形状的缺陷,因此本研究主要目的是调查这些缺陷类型,深入分析缺陷产生的原因尤其是找到对应的解决措施。从前处理、槽液控制、搅拌、加热等角度提出改良方案,研究结果表明,适当的前处理、镀液槽、工艺流程的改良,使外观质量进一步提升;镀层表面形貌更加完美,更加符合产品验收标准,使目前批量产品从过去的合格率95.1%提高到目前的99.3%。 Titanium alloy parts in aero engine field use more chemical plating Ni process,but the quality is still not very stable in the factory,chemical plating Ni bath used for a period of time,the product surface will have different shapes of defects,so the main purpose of this study is to investigate these defect types and involved reasons so as to find out the corresponding solutions.The improvement plan is proposed from the perspectives of pretreatment,bath control,agitation and heating.The research results show that the improvement of proper pretreatment,bath and process process further improve the appearance quality.The surface morphology of the coating is more perfect,and it is more in line with the acceptance standard of the product.The qualified rate of the current batch products is increased from 95.1%to 99.3%.
