远视屈光性角膜手术的研究进展

Recent Advances in Hyperopic Refractive Corneal Surgery

以往采用准分子激光的屈光性角膜手术在矫正低度远视方面已证实具有较好的安全性、有效性及稳定性,然而在矫正中高度远视的治疗效果上则存在一定的局限性。目前已有多种新颖的屈光性角膜手术方式在临床中用以矫正中高度远视。现笔者就各种类型屈光性角膜手术在矫正远视术后的矫正效果及其相关的影响因素进行综述。

Traditional corneal refractive surgeries using excimer laser has proven their safety,efficacy,and stability in correcting low degree hyperopia.However,in the clinic,traditional corneal refractive surgeries have certain limitations in the treatment of correcting moderate to high degree hyperopia.At present,a variety of novel corneal refractive surgical methods have been used to correct moderate to high hyperopia.This review summarizes the corrective effect of various types of corneal refractive surgery for correcting hyperopia and their related influence factors.
