摘要
综述了基于钛硅分子筛/过氧化氢体系的环己酮液相氨肟化绿色工艺中钛硅分子筛TS-1的研究进展,包括传统水热合成工艺的优化、新合成方法的开发和增强TS-1传质的新策略。总结了钛硅分子筛催化环己酮氨肟化的反应机理、反应路径和催化剂再生方法。并对今后钛硅分子筛催化材料的开发和研究做出展望。
The research progress of titanium silicalite TS-1 in the green process of cyclohexanone liquid phase ammoximation based on titanium silicalite/hydrogen peroxide system including the optimization of traditional hydrothermal synthesis process,the development of novel synthesis methods and the new strategies for enhancing mass transfer of TS-1 is reviewed.The reaction mechanism,reaction pathway,regeneration method of catalyst in the ammoximation of cyclohexanone catalyzed by titanium silicalite are summarized,and the future development and research of titanium silicalite catalytic materials are prospected.
