摘要
通过原位合成的方法在聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)中加入六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCTP)和三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)复配体系来改善材料的阻燃性能。通过对材料进行燃烧实验、氧指数测试、热重分析、力学性能及熔体性能检测发现,HPCTP和MCA的协同作用能够有效改善复合材料的阻燃性能,提高TPU材料的耐温性能、力学性能及加工性能,使TPU获得最佳的综合性能。
Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene(HPCTP)and melamine cyanurate(MCA)compound systems were added to polyether-type thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU)by in-situ synthesis method to improve the flame retardancy of the materials.Through the combustion experiments,oxygen index tests,thermogravimetric analysis,mechanical performance and melt performance determination of the materials,it was found that the synergistic effect of HPCTP and MCA could effectively improve the flame retardancy of the composite materials,and enhance the temperature resistance performance,mechanical performance and processing performance of TPU materials,so that TPU obtained the optimal comprehensive performance.
