水是氢和氧的结合,是生命存在的最基本的要素之一,是人类需要的六大营养素中最主要的营养素,对维持生命和发挥正常的生理功能至关重要。老年人由于代谢降低,肾功能减退,容易处于失水状态。老年人缺水容易加速衰老及引发白内障、心肌梗死、脑血栓、心律失常等疾病,因此老年人科学饮水对维持老年人的正常生理功能是非常必要的。

Water is a combination of hydrogen and oxygen,and is one of the most basic elements of life.It is the most important nutrient among the six major nutrients that humans need,and is crucial for maintaining life and performing normal physiological functions.Elderly people are prone to dehydration due to decreased metabolism and kidney function.Lack of water in the elderly can accelerate aging,cause cataracts,myocardial infarction,cerebral thrombosis,arrhythmia,and other diseases.Therefore,it is necessary for the elderly to drink water scientifically to maintain their normal physiological functions.
