摘要
为研究桃木屑作为基料栽培香菇的可行性,用16%、32%、40%、48%、64%、80%的桃木屑替代苹果木屑栽培香菇。试验表明,当桃木屑添加比例小于64%时,各配方间菌丝满袋时间、出菇情况、营养成分无明显差异;当添加比例达到64%时,与其他配方相比菌丝满袋时间延长,产量明显下降。其中,桃木屑添加比例为32%时,第1潮香菇产量和总产量最高、效益最好,平均每袋增产9.09 g,增收0.2元。
In order to investigate the feasibility of cultivating Lentinus edodes with Amygdalus persica sawdust as base material,a serious of gradients(16%,32%,40%,48%,64%,80%)A.persica sawdust replace Malus pumila sawdust to cultivate L.edodes.Results indicated that there is no significant difference in mycelium filling bag time,friut body yield and nutritional composition when A.persica sawdust addition was below 64%.Significantly prolonged mycelial reproduction and reduced yield were noticed when the addition reached 64%compared with other formulations.It was noteworthy that the yield and total yield of the first flush L.edodes were the highest and the benefit was the best,with an average increase of 9.09 g per bag and an increase of 0.2 yuan when A.persica sawdust addition was 32%.
