建筑工程造价管理中的结算审核策略是指在建筑工程竣工后,对施工单位提交的结算文件进行审核和确认的一系列措施和方法。结算审核的目的是保证工程造价的真实性、合理性和合法性,确保支付给施工单位的款项符合合同约定和实际完成的工程量。基于此,论文对建筑工程造价管理中的结算审核策略进行了探究思考。

The settlement audit strategy in the construction project cost management refers to a series of measures and methods to review and confirm the settlement documents submitted by the construction unit after the completion of the construction project.The purpose of the settlement audit is to ensure the authenticity,rationality and legality of the project cost,and to ensure that the amount paid to the construction unit is in line with the contract agreement and the actual completion of the project quantity.Based on this,this paper explores and thinks about the settlement audit strategy in the construction project cost management.
