摘要
通过动态流变剪切试验、低温弯曲梁试验、原子力显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱研究了两种温拌剂Sasobit和XP 32157对脱硫胶粉改性沥青(DRA)的流变性能、高低温性能、表面粗糙度及微观结构的影响,并与未添加温拌剂的DRA进行了对比。结果表明,两种温拌剂均可有效改善DRA的流变性能和高温稳定性,Sasobit的效果更好,XP 32157能够提高DRA的延度和针入度;在低温性能方面,XP32157的改善效果不佳,Sasobit则起反作用。两种温拌剂的加入均能降低DRA的表面粗糙度,其改善了胶粉与沥青的相容效果,且Sasobit的作用更明显。温拌剂对于DRA的作用主要为物理改性。
The effects of two kinds of warm-mixed agents,Sasobit and XP 32157,on rheological properties,high and low temperature properties,surface roughness and microstructure of desulfurized rubber powder modified asphalt(DRA)were studied by dynamic rheological shear rheometer,low tempernture bending beam rheometer,atomic force microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and compared with DRA without adding warm-mixed agent.The results showed that both warm-mixed agents could improve effectively the rheological properties and high temperature stability of DRA,and Sasobit had a better effect.XP 32157 could improve the ductility and penetration of DRA.In terms of low temperature properties,the improvement effect of XP 32157 was poor,while Sasobit had a negative effect.The addition of both warm-mixed agents could reduce the surface roughness of DRA,improve the compatibility between desulfurized rubber powder and asphalt,and the effect of Sasobit was more obvious.The effect of warm-mixed agent on DRA was mainly physical modification.
